ProjectRx LLC is a Small, Minority-Owned Business with its headquarters in Breinigsville, PA (centrally located in the Lehigh Valley area).

 

We offer innovative consulting and training solutions to help clients meet the delivery objectives of their large, business critical, and high risk programs and projects. Our exclusive Program & Project Assessment (P&PA) and CPPA™ Certification courses provide the knowledge, training, and skills required to effectively mitigate scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefit delivery risks.

Meet the Founder - Ted Williams, PMP, CPPA

 

Ted Williams, ProjectRx's founder and CEO, has over 30 years of experience with the development, management, recovery, and oversight of strategic, business critical programs and projects.

 

Ted worked for Pennsylvania Power & Light, Carpenter Technology, CSX Transportation, and Cendant where he served as Group Vice President of the Project Audit Group.

 

Ted holds a BS in Commerce and Engineering Sciences from Drexel University, an MS in Business - Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, and PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he has been a member of the Communities of Practice for Earned Value Management and Troubled Projects. In addition to PMI, Ted has been a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

 

Ted has provided Program & Project Assessment (P&PA) training at international conferences sponsored by the PMI College of Performance Management (PMI-CPM), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA). He is a Project Management Training Instructor, specializing in Program/Project Management, Risk Management, and Program & Project Assessment (P&PA).
