Meet the Founder

Ted Williams, ProjectRx’s founder & CEO, has over 30 years of hands-on experience with the development, management, recovery, and oversight of large business critical programs and projects. Ted has been employed by Pennsylvania Power & Light, Carpenter Technology, CSX Transportation, PHH, and Cendant Corporation, where he served as Group Vice President of the Project Audit Group.

Ted holds a BS in Commerce and Engineering Sciences from Drexel University, an MS in Business – Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, and PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he is a member of the College of Performance Management and Troubled Projects Specific Interest Groups. In addition to PMI, Ted is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Ted provides Program & Project Assessment (P&PA) training at international conferences sponsored by the PMI College of Performance Management (PMI-CPM), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA)

Ted is a Project Management Training Instructor, specializing in Program/Project Management, Risk Management, and Program & Project Assessment (P&PA). Our ProjectRx® Solution can significantly enhance the assessment capabilities of leading project management frameworks such as PMBOK® or PRINCE2® and IT governance frameworks such as COBIT®.
