Engagements can be handled as a one-time service, ongoing support, or anything in between. ProjectRx can do it all, train you in our methodology, or share responsibility while training and mentoring your staff.

Framework Deployment

ProjectRx’s three-pronged solution integrates people, processes and technology for more effective program and project assessments. Deployment of the ProjectRx Oversight Framework can be performed with or without ProjectRx products, and can be customized for the organization’s environment.

Product Deployment

Deployment of ProjectRx Pro and/or ProjectRx Ekg can include additional client-specific configuration or customization of these products. As with our Project Assessments/ Health Checks, we can do it all, train you to use our tools, or share responsibility while training and mentoring your staff.

Education, Training, and Mentoring

ProjectRx performs general project management assessment education (the knowledge), training (the application), and mentoring (the guidance) for your staff. These offerings can be provided in conjunction with Framework/Product deployments, or in connection with Project Assessments or Health Checks.

Hosting Solutions

ProjectRx can provide web hosting or Software-On-Demand solutions for our products through one of our technology partners.
