Process

Aligned to the Third Edition of Project Management Institute's (PMI's) PMBOK® or Project Management Body of Knowledge®, the ProjectRx Oversight Framework features strategically placed toll gate reviews, ongoing performance feedback, and the periodic certification of results and expectations. Assessment milestones can be mapped to any project management (PMLC) or systems development (SDLC) life cycle.

Our assessment process extends beyond PMBOK® to include process and delivery perspectives (i.e. balanced scorecard), benefit management (i.e. benefit process and benefit delivery), and a flexible assessment methodology.

Technology

ProjectRx offers an integrated, state-of-the-art, web based application to perform project assessments and provide timely, performance information to project stakeholders. The application features the use of Earned Value Management (EVM) for trend analysis and to validate project scope, schedule, and budget delivery, and the use of Report Wizards that are used to translate delivery, earned value, project, and milestone data into user-friendly "English-like" text.

In addition to our own exclusive assessment based methodology, ProjectRx® includes content licensed from subject matter experts (SMEs) in the areas of project management (PMBOK® from Project Management Institute, Inc, MPMM® from Method123 Ltd), IT audit (COBIT Framework from the IT Governance Institute), and quality management (QSB Six Sigma © 2004 from QSB Consulting Ltd, Baldrige National Quality Award from the National Institute of Standards and Technology).
